Helping you understand yourself, build confidence, and create a life that feels authentic.
A space to understand yourself and find your way back
Meet Kimberly
I'm Kimberly, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing therapy for women and teens in Tyler, Texas and throughout Texas through virtual counseling. I help clients navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and the challenges that come with feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
Why inner embodiment counseling
The name Inner Embodiment Counseling reflects what I believe healing is truly about. So often, we spend our lives trying to change our bodies, silence our emotions, or live according to the expectations that disconnect us from who we really are. Real healing is not about becoming someone else, it is about reconnecting with yourself.
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that clients can find confidence, fulfillment, understanding, and values in their life. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up as they are, without having to perform, explain, or prove their worth.
Many people I work with have spent years trying harder, doing more, and wondering why they still feel stuck. They often carry the belief that they need to fix themselves before they can feel better.
Therapy with me is…
-
Healing begins when we replace self-judgement with self-compassion. Together, we will explore the patterns that have kept you stuck while creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted.
-
Our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are deeply connected. I help client recognize how stress, trauma, anxiety, and life experiences show up in the body so healing can happen on a deeper level.
-
I believe that therapy is about creating a life that feels meaningful, not just managing symptoms. Outside of my work with clients, I value connection, personal growth, and finding moments of joy and balance in everyday life. I bring that same belief into my work with clients. I believe that you deserve a life where you feel present, confident, and connected.
-
I know that sometimes you just want to quit. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist, you’ll get someone who truly understands what you are going through. I want to help build the insight, resilience, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges long after therapy ends. Healing is about creating sustainable change that supports the life you want to live.
